Has anyone, who has NEVER been pregnant, done IVF and it worked????!

My husband and I might be having to start IVF and I am so scared to spend the money if it's not going to work. I know nothing is 100%, but I just need some success stories to give me hope :( I had a laparoscopy back in August.. they had to remove one ovary and one tube and they did an hsg to make sure the other one was okay and it was. I'm just worried that I have a super low success rate :( my husband and I are almost 25. We have been trying for 2 years and 4 months.
