Its just a little leftover blood in your CM. Nothing to worry about unless its chunky like cottage cheese, foul smelling, or if you're itchy like a yeast infection.

Mine was like that a couple times within the last year and it was always either an infection (yeast, vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis) or a bladder infection. Although it could possibly be from damage in your vagina, depending on if you felt any pain during sex or if you weren't lubricated enough. If it persists or has a strong, foul odor accompanied by pain of any sort, go to a doctor just to be sure.
