absent mindedly swallowing the pill

So, on Monday, I took out my pill out of my pack as I usually would and I waited until my alarm went off to take it. I had it sitting between my lips (not directly in) and I waited two mins. When my alarm went off, I quickly took a sip of water and swallowed my pill without thinking much of it and went back to studying.

Last night, I slept at my boyfriend's place and we didn't have sex since I was pretty exhausted from work, but we had sex this morning. I made him wait until this morning in case if I actually "missed" my pill on the Monday and I wanted to wait two days before I had sex.

So, I should be safe right? I know I took my pill on Monday but I normally play with the pill in my mouth before I swallow it.
