exercise?
I've been working out 3x a week at the gym for about 6 months now. Got into a great routine. And then last week, before I even found out I was pregnant, I was hit with so much fatigue I only went twice and barely did anything while there. Took the test Friday and found out. This week is even harder. I've gone once and it's just been bad haha. Everyday I come home utterly exhausted from work.
Anyone else feeling this way? Or having more luck and can give me some tips to stay motivated and feel more energetic?
