After 4 years of trying- what do I do when I feel like giving up?

I know this is going to hurt, but does he make the same efforts like you do? Does he show to you that even if you've been spending the last 4 years trying that he's supporting you? Is he making efforts for you to see that he doesn't want to let you go? If he is making the same efforts then keep trying, otherwise my lady, pick up your crown that's slipping from your head, keep walking and you'll see how much of a strong independent woman you are ❤️ good luck & I hope things work out for the best for you. Remember, things don't get better right away but you need to love yourself and make yourself happy first.

I have 3 kids one on the way I want to tie my tubes but at the same time I don't and believe me if I could carry for others I would 💐

Just to clear up- my marriage is fine and hubby wants a baby as much as I do.

We're on a waiting list for IVF so I'll have to see what happens with that.

Thanks for your support ladies- I just keep thinking "why is my body not doing what it was made to do?"

Don't give up! I tried for 4 years and finally got pregnant and then went through 2 losses.. We just had a healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago and our 6 year anniversary is in July. I never thought i would get pregnant or be able to stay pregnant but here I am holding my precious baby girl.. Just stay positive and keep trying!

My SO and I are going on 5 years with no explanation. All tests have come back fine. We just keep trying and exhausting our resources.

I wish you the best of luck and I'm sorry that this is happening. I know this won't really make you feel better due to how long you were trying, but my husband and I tried to conceive for 8 months. Then I just decided to stop trying and just go on with our lives and retry again at another time. As soon as I decided that, we went out with friends (Valentines Day) and I had quite a few drinks. Not enough to get drunk, but enough to feel really good. Needless to say, we conceived our beautiful daughter that night. I have heard a lot of people say that if you really truly stop trying, then it will happen. And what do you know, it happened. 
Another thing is, my aunt and uncle were trying to conceive for years. They went to Dr's and found out that they were both completely fine, but it turns out, that they were not compatible with eachother. They ended up adopting and then having a donor because they could never get pregnant. My aunt did get to experience they joy of being pregnant but didn't get to experience of being pregnant with her husbands child. And they both really struggled with that. But she said as soon as their son was born, those sad feelings were instantly gone. 
There are many options to explore. But don't give up in yourselves. That's the most important part!
