Did you get your baby to stop waking for bottle ?

My guy sleeps from 6-6 normally, and has been since 4 months. But I didn't DO anything to get him to that point (I have always fed on demand), he just gradually worked it out on his own. I think some babies are just "better" sleepers than others. I have babies in my family who are several months older than my son and are still waking in the night! All babies are different!

My baby woke for a bottle every 3-4 hours until two weeks ago. We started giving her water only. The first night was the worst, she would cry and spit it out, but I gave it to her again and again and she would suck and pass out. The next night was better. By night 4, she stopped waking unless she needed a diaper change. Now, she sleeps 8 hours and when she wakes she takes some water or pacifier and goes back to sleep another 2 hours.

He didn't at first but we were feeding him too much formula so once we cut that back he was waking with a wet diaper and then wanted a bottle to go to sleep and we added a meal he sleeps through the night now rarely he will wake for a wet diaper but it's been pretty good since we cut back also we don't feed him right before bed anymore that helped with the wet diaper issue

She goes from 7pm to 7am. I just soothed her without giving her a bottle when she got up, and then she stopped waking up at night, or if she wakes up she goes back to sleep on her own.
