placebo pills
I have to chew my birth control and it's not the best tasting thing in the world. But the "sugar/ placebo" pills taste even worse so I don't take them for the "4 days", I just get my period and wait until I start my new pack to chew my actual pills. Am I the only one? Even for people who don't have to chew them?
