Has anyone had brown or pink spotting before?

I've had brown/pinkish spotting for 3 days now. Not enough to even wear a panty liner. I saw a nurse practioner the day it started and she said as long as I'm not cramping or having sever pain I will be fine. This happens to some women. I'm 10 weeks has anyone else had a issue like this with their pregnancy?

I spotted 5-6 times during my first trimester and once in the second. Most were post-sex but a couple were unexplained. Had our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and she is literally as perfectly healthy as can be and my cervix looked thick and closed. My doctor wasn't concerned just recommended a week of pelvic rest and to be sure I called and let her know when it happened. She said it wasn't likely they'd want to do much but she still wanted to know. Stay calm and keep your doctor informed.

I had spotting for 2-3 days at 8 weeks - I was really worried so went for an early scan. Everything was fine, I'm not 17 weeks and baby is doing fine ☺️
