pregnancy? period, MRI , anaesthetic please help

Could I be pregnant... I have had 5 periods now from feb - on my period arm.

They have been normal consistency with spotting a few days before. I'm on the pill and haven't had sex since February but I haven't felt right for 17 weeks now. I have taken tests and they are negative. Could I be pregnant and still get periods and negative tests? I'm stressing because I have had an pelvic MRI recently (they said everything way clear) and I'm due to have a cystoscopy in two weeks with anesthetic.

What do you girls think? Could it just be my pill giving me symptoms of pregnancy? Can I be pregnant and have 5 normal periods??

Please give advise and support I'm very concerned
