Anybody else have TMJ?

Question

I am 33 and have it soo bad.. supposedly from grinding my teeth while I sleep..I feel soo bad for my man..I would love to suck his dick everyday but I physically can't I just hope he doesn't leave me. I try my best but to keep him happy.. if you have it you know my pain. I have tried mouth guards before. Any other suggestions please comment thank you

I have it from getting my wisdom teeth out 😅 i notice when im more stressed its worse and im more aware of clenching my teeth now i think there are like exercises/massages you can do to help but im not sure
