40 days late

So I have pcos and sometimes forget to take my pill but 40 days even after stopping the pill nothing and now I have taken pregnancy tests and one maybe positive but when I did a test at my doctors office about 4 weeks ago nothing anyone have this before or advice of what I should do thanks
