Terrified...

Has anyone gone on to have a successful pregnancy after the lose of their first child? I had my beautiful son at 28 weeks pregnant through an emergency c section 6 weeks ago who passed away shortly after as his lungs weren't fully developed, I'm already terrified I won't be able to get pregnant again and have a healthy pregnancy 😢
