sore boobs 😔😔😔😔

Hiiii ladies, is it normal that my boobs are SO FUCKING SORE and feel so heavy. It hurts so much and it so uncomfortable after taking my bra off after the day. I need to wear a bralette to support them otherwise they just hurt and hurt and hurt. My period is 9 days away, is this just a sign of ovulation or that it's coming close to my period? I sometimes get this symptom, every few periods I get sore boobs but this time ITS THE WORST. I just want to cry.
