sleep regression?

Is 5 month sleep regression a thing?! This week my LO has been waking up every 2 hours at night, screaming his head off until I feed him. Recently transitioned him to his crib and was doing well. I don't know if he is going through a growth spurt or it is some sleep regression but this momma is worn out! 😴 pic of my little man for attention 💙

Same story here. IDK what's going on with my little guy 😔. He was 5 months on the 19th and had been only getting up 2 times a night to nurse. He also was sleeping in his crib for about 2-3 weeks at that time. He started last week on Tuesday night, getting up every 1-2 hours. He screams his off for no real reason and the only way to quiet him is to put him in bed with me on the breast. I keep sticking him in his crib but the minute his head touches the mattress he starts screaming. I really don't want to be a human pacifier so I don't always nurse him. I am at my wits end and so exhausted at this point. I feel like I am about to have a breakdown!!! He has been at this now for a week and a half! Momma needs some sleep!! You're not alone girly!!! Hopefully our LOs get this outta their systems soon and we can catch some sleep 😴!!

I posted about this a few weeks ago as my 5 month old started doing the same. I'm pleased to say now I think it was a growth spurt as after a week of waking up a lot she is now back to just waking once or twice 😊 there is the start of a developmental leap around 5.5 months too so that can mess their sleeping up slightly. But hang in there, mine lasted 1 week!
