first time running and really working out since baby arrived
Today I went for a jog by myself for the first time since baby was born... I was dying but it felt awesome!! I ran by strawberry fields, horses grazing, into the woods to hear the birds singing. It was so peaceful and awesome time to myself even tho it was only 20 min haha and 630 am 😂 my knee has been messed up and during pregnancy, I obviously couldn't get an MRI so wasn't sure what was wrong. Finally had one done the other day and got cleared! Going to be 80 out here today and beautiful morning to go running!
Cheers to all the mamas working out again and bring on summer!! Highly recommend going and exercising by yourself for 20 min! Really clears your head
