first time BBT

I know it's only a few times charting but I've been getting positive OPK tests and have EW CM. Does my temperature look like it's going on the right direction. The doctor has me tracking it to make sure I'm ovulating due to irregular periods. Fingers crossed I am so I don't need medicine. I do have three daughters but we would love one more!!
