Do those wraps even work??

Those ones that get all those advertisements for weight loss or skin tightening. I'm curious! Please be honest and don't be a sales rep who lies to try and sell them.

skinny wraps? yes they work if you do them regularly and drink water on a daily basis and exercise helps too. They dknt work if you do the wraps and still decide to eat and drink like crap.

You are advised to drink slit of water before using them....makes me think it is just getting ride of water weight.
