Okay so I was diagnosed with Herpes 2 about 3 years ago. I have only had about 4 outbreaks since then but I just got one four days ago when my period started. I don't have any sores just a raw painful feeling and I'm bleeding more than usual, plus I have heavier cramps. I can't get a refill on my valtrex script for another few days. Is there any home remedies people use? Normally this doesn't last this long cuz I have pills but this time I don't cuz I misplaced my bottle and I can't stand this pain. I heard maybe preparation H or abreva but I'm not sure and I'm desperate. I'm TTC and if this keeps up I will miss my upcoming ovulation window!!!
