cold medicine while breastfeeding?

My 3 month old daughter just got over a nasty head cold but now I have it - sore throat, cough, congested nose, etc.

Does anyone know what medicines are safe to take while breastfeeding and also won't dry up my supply?

You'd have to take a LOT of cold medicine for it to affect your supply.

Do not take anything without medical approval. Those multi symptom meds aren't safe. Antihistamines aren't either. Even taking cough drops can affect baby....
