Looking for advice:

My period has been irregular since it started over 15 years ago. I loved it then but trying to conceive it was difficult. I tried checking cervical mucus and ovulation sticks but nothing seemed to work. We decided to go through fertility help and achieved a pregnancy via timed intercourse after 2 times. The pregnancy was tubular so it didn't last. After that pregnancy we were told to wait a little bit before trying again since I had to use methotrexate. About a month later we went on a cruise and we got pregnant naturally. It was a normal pregnancy and my daughter is a happy healthy 5 1/2 month old. I have been breastfeeding since she was born and started homemade baby food when she turned 4 months. Just last weekend my period decided to come back. So my husband and I decided we wanted to start trying to conceive again. Does anyone have any recommendations on anything that helped them conceive? I am hoping my cycle will be normal and I can track it but according to what it was before I am not feeling too confident.
