13 weeks terrible sickness

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness since about 7 weeks has only been bile in the morning I love only thrown up actual food twice. I was starting to feel better ( I've been on vacation this past week) and haven't thrown up in almost 2 weeks . I've thrown up anything I put in my stomach in the past 24 hours . I don't know what's going on . I need someone's advice on what to do . I want to go to the hospital I'm just so far away from home and we go back today.
