**Baby is 5 weeks 3 days and today I'm having period like cramps today. Bleeding from delivery has stopped at 3 weeks postpartum. So 2+ wks ago.

**Im pumping and bottle feeding. Does breast feeding(or pumping) affect when your first post birth period comes?

Ive been pain free since about an hr after birth... So Any pain right now is very noticeable! & I'm noticing cramps! Ugh! Didn't miss this feeling at all.

***When did You get your 1st period again? are you breastfeeding or formula or both? Idk if breast feeding / pumping affects your cycle or not. I feel like I just stopped bleeding! But.. I guess it really has been a few weeks
