So I had a renewal interview and this lady for some reason got rude and loud and told me she was sending my case to investigation because it didnt make sense and it was all a lie. I told her it was fine that my situation was what it was and there was nothing I could do. Well I am in a tough situation I am pregnant live with my exs parents since i have nowhere to go and been so sick with this pregnancy so cant really work. He doesnt live here since we are not together and he is seeing someone else. He does give me 150 biweekly for my other son to help but i dont pay bills here so I feel like its only fair. She called to verify with him and im guessing he is working so he didnt answer and she got even more mad calling me a liar. Well she asked for a letter where he says he gives me that amount and i then go and ask how long would it take after the investigation. She just said i had 10 days to send the letter but didnt respond about the investigation. I just wanted to know because i really need the benefits. Now im out in the blue wondering if she send it or not and how long would it take. She then bashed me again before hanging up wich made me emotional and told her what do you want me to say this ia my situation. Have any of you all had an open investigation or had anything like this happen? I just need help till I get on my feet.
