You need a lot more options than those two lol

Track your cycle - everything about it. Go get one of those fertility books and chart by paper if you want to get a good understanding of your cycle.

The best way to know when you are entering your fertile window is NOT from any app. It is from checking your cm and understanding how it changes.  As it starts to change to ewcm that's when you really focus on bd at least every other day.

That's also when you can start opk testing. Opk and bbt will help you confirm that you ovulated.  But CM will always help you get pregnant.
