Ugh im confused!

According to glow AF should be starting in 4 days. Sometimes it comes later that the expected time. I tested at 11 dpo today and got a negative not even a vvvfl. But I've been having sore boobs and cramping lightly in lower abdomen I think it is. I never cramp for 2 days or even this early. So I'm confused why its still showing negatives. Its like where the red circle is but its happening on both sides. While yesterday the cramping went straight to my lower left side of my back. I never get backaches even if AF shows up. I felt like this month was my month but sure was I wrong.
