I most definitely have a yeast infection and it's my second I've gotten since finding out I'm pregnant. I'm only 7 weeks and I called my doctor all day today with no luck of a call back. I went to CVS and asked the pharmacist if it was okay to use monistat and she said a very clear and blunt no stating it wasn't safe in the first trimester. I'm so confused and so uncomfortable I don't know what to do :(
