Anyone else ovulate later in their cycle?

Hi ladies...i finally figured out after 9 months of TTC that I ovulate way late in my cycle, on day 22!! So here's hoping i get my BFP this round!!

My cycles are usually 26-28 days and today is day 31 with no AF!! If i truly ovulated on day 22 that makes me only 9 DPO. Wish me luck and baby dust to everyone trying!!

I've read it's really hard to conceive if you have a short luteal phase (time between ovulation and period) if it's less than 12 days you would have a luteal phase defect. I think the egg won't have time to implant basically. So even if the egg is fertilised it miscarries. Mostly caused by low progesterone. I read up on this a lot as sometimes mine was 11 days. I've been taking flaxseed oil and and raspberry leaf to help it.

I ovulate between day 21 and day 28 but always have a luteal phase of 11 or 12 days. All docs tests are fine but I am trying clomid to make me ovulate earlier.
