Ok! Before 100 people tell me I am aware you don't ovulate on birth control. I just started lo loestrin and I will be starting my third week this coming sunday. I am experinceing really bad lower back pains in only my right side that feel exactly like ovulation pain! What could this be??? Doctors office is closed for the holiday and it isn't bad enough to be considered an emergency, however it hurts like a mother! Any help would be greatly appreciated
