*UPDATE*

I got rid of this hacker. I called the police department for them to know what was going on. They couldn't do anything about it. So I thought to myself.. maybe it's the wifi? I changed the username but never the password. So I called Spectrum. While on the phone, he told me what devices were on the wifi. I plugged in the camera which connects to wifi and he seen that on the wifi also. So guess what... THE GUY GETS ON AT THE SAME TIME THE PERSON AT SPECTRUM IS CHECKING IT😂😂😂 Me and the guy I was on the phone with laughed so hard😂 So he kicked him off of there, made a report and changed my wifi password for me. I'm super glad I got this all resolved. Now I wanna find out what fucker around me was using my wifi. It's on like donkey-kong now!!😂 But thank you everyone for your support! I got most of my ideas from you lol. I was kinda iffy about getting this camera also whenever I bought it. I still have an angelcare that I might use again. It doesn't have any video but atleast I can have some reassurance that someone isn't watching him!! Oh, and to the person that said to check if there were pedophiles around me.. there are 2 within walking distance from me that I had NO clue about so thank you. I would have never even of thought to look! Again, thank you everyone for your support!!

*UPDATE AGAIN*

For anyone asking, here is what the camera looks like. The app that it was connected to is called "YOOSEE". Thank you everyone for your recommendations about a different baby camera. I'll be looking into it again whenever I have the money to purchase I new one. This wasn't the website I got it from but it's not popping up on my purchases now on Amazon. I did get it through amazon though and it was around $30.
