stomach bug, low grade fever. Tylenol????

Has anyone had a low grade fever with a stomach bug? Did you take Tylenol for it even though you weren't able to keep much down? Concerned about taking Tylenol on empty stomach. And don't know if it's better or worse to let fever run its course. And of course I know to call OB. Just checking for past experiences before I make the call. Thanks. ❤️
