Symptoms come and go?

I've had nausea the last week and even thrown up a couple of times. I'm currently 7w4d. Today I woke up and wasn't hardly nauseated. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go?

I think it's totally normal. Initially my only symptom was fatigue and SUPER sore boobs. Now my boobs and energy level are fine but I'm getting headaches and nausea ...but even those symptoms aren't constant.
