It's on the low setting. 28 weeks and keep having gallstone attacks.

A lot of pregnancy apps and articles I've read have suggested heating pads or hot water bottles. I like the hot water bottle route because you can kind of control how hot it really is. But I have definitely seen heating pads recommended for pregnancy back pain so I'd guess the low setting is probably fine for reasonable amounts of time. Always check w your care provider if youre worried.
