Drinking in TWW?

Wondering what y'all think about drinking in the TWW- I go back and forth but mostly feel sadder when AF does come and I feel like "but I've done everything right. Why can't I get pregnant?!"

My dr said if you were pregnant you dont share blood til 6 wks and so do everything you normally do until bfp

Drink if you want, I didn't know I was pregnant with my first until 6 weeks and I was drinking about 4 beers about 3-5 times a week! 😳😬🙄 he is healthy and perfect 5 years later

Excessive drinking can potentially discourage implantation so I don't drink heavily. I will have a small glass of wine in the evening occasionally though
