so my boyfriend and i rent a room from this lady we've known for a few years at her condo, she doesn't live there but she has like two other rooms rented out and one more room available. my mom keeps asking me about the people who live there and stuff like that and now she's saying she wants to move out of her house and into the spare room. i keep telling her that it's really weird that she would want to move out of her house into a room of a house that she'd be sharing with a bunch of other people, and it's just weird that my mom would be renting the room across from me and my boyfriend. she keeps saying "it's not weird, i'm your mom" but i just feel like… it's not the same as living in my moms house, having her as a roommate in the house my boyfriend live in is weird to me. it's like this is me kind of stepping out on my own and having my own place even though it technically isn't ours and we share the space with other people anyways, but it's just weird. she keeps saying it's not and she doesn't see the problem, but i'm not crazy to think this is weird right??
