Let's talk soups! I know it's spring in the northern hemisphere, but where I live, it's autumn (fall).
Inspire me with your favourite soup/s.
Me, I'm partial to Asian soups like pho, tom kha and laksa.
But then I also like a good classic pea and ham.
Not so much for minestrone for me.
