Help me prove the gender pay gap exists!
So I have a male family member who loves to get a rise out of me by poking fun at women's issues and starting debates with me. Recently he's taking a special interest in arguing that the gender pay gap does not exist. His argument is that, he asks women who protest the pay gap what company specifically has this gap & they can never give an answer other than "all of them". He argues that if there were indeed a company paying a woman less than a man, the woman would just sue & get lots of money. But they can't because it doesn't actually happen. I've googled it & can find industries that have bad pay gaps but can't find any specific company. It's really driving me crazy! I would love to shut him up once and for all. Anyone have proof of actual companies, websites I can show him or other ways to prove it?
