So I have this friend who went to jail for something that was completely out of his character because he is a really good person... anyways I want to the jail last month to see him and he said he still loved me and wanted to be with me (we dated for three years too and then we broke up when I went to college) and he said how I'm the only person who has been there for him and offered to help him get his life back on track and he made a heart with his hands to me while I was leaving. He called me a couple days a week from jail to check on me and then the calls just stopped and then his mom asked me to write a character letter for his lawyer because they are trying to get him out and a couple days ago I messaged her to see how it was coming and she said that he had been out for a couple days but none of them told me after they all said they wanted us to be together (his family loves me) and they didn't thank me for the letter I wrote to help either.... idk I'm confused and don't know if I should try and talk to him now that he's out or just let him go... drama bullshit I know. Just needed to vent but any suggestions or input would be helpful. Thanks girls! :)
