Hoping baby is ok 😓

I'm away for a wedding in Austria and last night got an allergic reaction, covered in red bumps all over my body and face very swollen. Really strange because not allergic to anything! Does anybody know if you are more likely to get reactions if you are pregnant. I'm nearly 8 weeks. Missed the wedding as in hospital, devastated but had to get us better. Had a few injections hoping baby will be strong throughout all this.
