Ate pasta with wine sauce-- feeling guilty
My husband and I just learned that we are pregnant this week! According to Glow I'm 5 weeks 1 day, but our nurse (we did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>) said I am considered 4 weeks 3 days. Anyway, the point is, I'm pregnant and it's early on. Last night my husband and I went out to a fancy restaurant to celebrate our news and I ordered a chicken and pasta dish that was covered in a Madeira cream sauce. I didn't really think much of it-- or bother to ask what was in the sauce. I ate about half of it before I realized there was WINE in the sauce. My husband told me not to worry-- he said the alcohol cooks away and it won't harm our developing embryo, but I can't help but worry. Also, this morning I woke up and my breasts don't feel sore anymore and I don't feel as much action in my pelvic region. Any advice?
