Low hcg at 6 weeks 3 days

 So this after noon i was layin down felt a sharp pincher in my utuerus wiped and i saw blood and there was a  dollar size clot in the toilet. Rushed to the hospital did blood work and found out my hcg is low had. Period like cramps after the bleeding started have an ultra sound tomrrow at 10:00 and iam scared shit less this is my first pregnacey and i really hope iam not losing my baby 😢😢😢😢😢
