loosing 15lb

So I stepped on the scales today (after 7months) and found out I'm 15lb over what I like to be. I've also been really tired and had low energy which I thought was down to having pernicious anemia but according to my doctor it's not.
I'll admit I don't have the best diet (I'm a really fussy eater) but after not fitting into some clothes (I thought the washing machine shrunk them) and feeling miserable in my bikini it's time to change. 
Anyone got tips on how to loose this weight quickly or some healthy meals that contain a lot of energy?
