what are safe med you can take for headaches, colds, and other things? Or what do you do when you feel sick?

Your doctor can give you a list. Mine approves tyleonol, robatusson, sudafed, and the numbing throat spray. Other than that you have to look at the pros and cons of meds. Like for my muscle relaxer, they said I can take it in the 2nd trimester to help control my back pain. They said I could now technically (I'm 8 weeks) if I had to but I'm using biofreeze (which he said is perfectly fine) to help control it.

A doctor told me that NOTHING has ever been tested. That's why you won't find anything that's FDA approved for pregnancy. It makes sense tho, where are you going to find a big enough group of women to take meds to see if there is anything done to their babies? 
​That being said, I have heard Tylenol isn't awful

Id talk it over with your doctor. Mine told me that Tylenol in moderation is OK.. Otherwise I'm not willing to try anything else
