Sometimes when my LO sucks on her toes a little too much, her skin gets irritated and starts to peel a bit. It has never looked this severe, but it does look quite similar to this when it happens.

My son had this. I realized that we weren't cleaning good enough between his toes daily. I think it's from sweat, lint, or whatever. I used some antibiotic ointment on it 2x and it went away. Not I make sure to clean really good between his toes.
