Im i crazy for worrying

So we just moved to a new apt. About 3 mths ago. My so is very talkative he can make friends anywhere. He met a lady a few apts over whom I've met and seems nice but he went over to help move some furniture and ended up staying until almost 2am. He said they were talking about the neighborhood and drinking. He went over again to take her a plate of food and once again took a beer with him. He says that I'm just too jealous and dnt allow him to have friends. Am I over reacting or should I be worried???
