Baby name and co-worker's name

My husband and I have a name for our baby boy that we really like. In fact, my husband is pretty much set on it. I'm all in, except for the fact that I work with a man by the same name. He's one of the only men that I work with. Is it weird to name our baby the same name that a co-worker has, or am I totally overthinking this? It's a traditional name, so it's not as if he's got some really unique name that I'm stealing. What do you think?
