Unsure of what is going on with my period (or lack thereof) this month. I started spotting Wednesday (5/24) three days before my expected period(supposed to start today) it only lasted until the next day and I haven't bled any since. It was dark brown( old blood) and very little amount. I have been nauseous and have had slight cramping, and my boobs are sore. Two negative pregnancy tests. What do I need to do??

I started my period today. My cramps have been horrible and very heavy bleeding. Definitely not the norm for the very first day. Still wondering what could have been the cause of the early spotting and then nothing. Feeling very confused.
