late BFP - how late was your BFP?

This is for those who did not get a BFP until after they missed AF. I have heard some women will not test positive until 2-3 weeks after a missed AF and some that never tested positive on a hpt.

I am 9 days late and I'm NEVER late I have a very regular cycles. So I find this very odd but have taken a few tests and keep getting BFN's. I contacted my doctor and she told me to keep testing twice a week for the next 3 weeks! THREE WEEKS? If I'm pregnant I'll be 7 weeks by then. So frustrating!

I'm feeling frustrated too, haven't missed as yet but did 3 test already all negative but in my body I'm felling like I'm pregnant.
I want it so much!

You wouldn't be 7 weeks if the test is negative. If the test isn't picking up the hormone levels then your not pregnant. Keep testing, anything can happen with your cycle, I know you said your regular but the body can do whatever so you never know... maybe you ovulated much later, didn't ovulate at all, it's hard to say.
