I ordered my insurance approved breast pump on Thursday and received it today (Saturday) everything was exactly what I was supposed to receive except for the fact that they messed up my first name. My last name and address were fine but instead of being addressed to Rebekah They addressed it to Heather. Should I be concerned even though my order is correct? Should I call or just leave it be? On both my application and prescription it says Rebekah but on the order slip it says Heather.
