Once you're out of the first trimester it is safe to use a heating pad! You should be fine! The worry is your body overheating so I just wouldn't fall asleep with it on. If you're awake you're gonna feel hot/overheated before it would hurt baby. 😊

Heat pads are fine :) I use them for back ache. It's more like hot baths they say don't have as it changes your whole body temperature and heat pad doesn't :) x

I used a heating blanket the entire duration of my pregnancy until about the last week with the nicer weather, slept with it for​ hours. No harm came from it, I'm sure your fine 🤗

How hot does your heating pad get? My heating pad doesn't get hot enough to even relieve any pain let alone effect a baby.

I used a hot water bottle directly on my belly a few weeks ago (I'm 30 weeks) for pretty much a whole night because I pulled something in my abdomen and baby is perfectly fine. If it was on low I seriously doubt it caused any problems.
