Could my boyfriend or I be infertile?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year now. We used condoms for the first month or two. We stopped and weren't really trying. I haven't gotten pregnant which is a huge surprise with how fertile mine and his family are. Could he or I be infertile?
